Over the last few years we've redefined GTR to become a leisure travel brand, starting with creating a new brand platform 'Every stop is a story'. The new tone of voice is uplifting and sometimes humorous, while the content focus shifted to the massive breadth of activities you can get to on the GTR train network.

This work has been recognised with DMA Gold award wins in 'Travel and Leisure' categories two years running (2023 and 2024) - beating truly established travel brands in doing so. We were also shortlisted for the prestigious Ocean Outdoor Digital Creative Competition 2024.
